GO-TO PANCAKES

 
 

These clean pancakes have become a weekly staple in our home for a couple years now. They are so easy to make, are super clean and delicious, kids tend to devour, and they freeze really well - they’re just a win all around. Enjoy!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (usually we do whole or almond)

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (optional)

Throw it all in a blender, heat some butter up in a pan or skillet and brown on both sides. Top with butter and a good organic syrup or clean berry compote. YUM.
